Pre-order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before your set has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns terms will apply as outlined below.

Cancellations / Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your Solis Fire Lounge within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Due to the size and nature of the set, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll provide clear guidance to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.

We reserve the right to make a deduction if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve it quickly.
