Every Solis Fire Lounge is designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What's Covered
Our warranty includes:
- Structural integrity of the aluminium frame
- Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
- Functionality of the fire table components
If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper setup
- Weather damage resulting from extreme conditions or lack of care
- Cosmetic changes that occur naturally over time
Making a Claim
If you experience an issue, simply contact us with:
- Your order details
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if possible
We’ll review everything and guide you through the next steps.
