All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, including pre-orders.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Pre-Orders

The Solis Fire Lounge is currently offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and may be subject to change. We will keep you informed of any significant updates.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within the UK.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the product page and delivery information page. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Please ensure that access to your delivery address is suitable for large items.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Product Use

Our products are designed for domestic outdoor use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is used safely and in accordance with any instructions provided.

We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper setup.
